(\"Cielo\" or the\n\"Company\")\n \n \n is pleased to announce that\nas a result of the\n \n \n current performance of the\nCompany's waste to high grade renewable fuel facility in Aldersyde, AB\n(the \"Aldersyde Facility\") and an increase in anticipated\nquantity of available feedstock,\n \n \n Cielo and its\nintended joint venture partner, Renewable U Medicine Hat Inc.\n(\"Renewable U Medicine Hat\"), have elected to scale-up the\npreviously announced joint venture (\"JV\") facility in\nMedicine Hat (Dunmore), Alberta (the \"Dunmore Facility\")\nfrom 4,000 liters per hour (\"lph\") output to 10,000 lph\noutput of renewable fuels.\n \n \n Cielo will not incur\nany costs for this project per the\n \n \n Memorandums\nof Understanding of the JV Renewable Diesel Facilities.\n \n \n \n \n As announced on November 28, 2019, Cielo currently has\na supply agreement for enough used railway ties to supply an adequate\namount of feedstock for a 4,000 liter per hour facility. Since that\ntime, Cielo has been presented with many additional feedstock\nopportunities, including un-saleable recyclable materials on their way\nto landfills, such as plastics, glossy paper, cardboard and\nagricultural waste. Since Cielo's unique technology converts multiple\ndifferent waste feedstocks and the supply is likely to be higher than\nanticipated, management, with Renewable U Medicine Hat, have\ndetermined that a larger facility than originally planned is a logical\nand appropriate business decision. Renewable U Medicine Hat has\nconditionally secured an 80-acre site in Dunmore that is ideally\nlocated next to a major transcontinental rail transfer yard and the\nTrans-Canada highway. This leaves lots of options open for importing\neven more feedstocks, such as the abundant problematic plastic waste\nand will allow for the convenient logistics of transporting renewable\nfuels throughout all of North America or further through seaboard\nports.\n...
