(\"Cielo\" or the\n\"Company\")\n \n \n is pleased to provide an\nupdate on its production levels at its waste to high grade renewable\nfuels facility in Aldersyde, Alberta (\"Facility\"). As\npreviously released on October 14, 2020, Cielo's initial goal was to\nstart the Facility slowly after implementing the latest improvements,\nwith expectations of initially producing between 200 to 500 liters per\nhour of distillate. With the design changes in place, on October 14,\nthe Facility unexpectantly produced approximately 800 liters per hour\nof distillate. The much higher favorable conversion rate of waste\ninto distillate required\n \n \n Cielo to make some\nminor improvements which have now mostly been completed. The Facility\nis back into production and we are pleased to report the Facility is\nproducing 800 liters per hour of distillate for 18 hours and then goes\nthrough a cooling process for 8 hours, which continues to exceed\nmanagement's expectations. Cielo expects the remaining improvements\nto be installed over the next few weeks. Cielo will continue making\ndistillate until the level in the distillate tank is high enough to\nbegin pumping into the naphtha and diesel vessels.\n \n \n \n \n Don Allan, Cielo's President and CEO stated \"We\nare pleased with the impact on the production rates being achieved\nfrom the recent minor upgrades made in addition to the previous major\nengineering upgrades. The combination of all these advancements have\nbeen most beneficial to the Facility and will be incorporated in the\nfollow-on new facilities. The combination of these advances not only\nallowed Cielo to ramp up production but also to further analyze the\nFacility and continue to make improvements.\n \n \n \n \n Cielo would also like to introduce Kevin Humeniuk as\nthe new plant manager for the Facility.
