(\"Cielo\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that the commencement date, pursuant to the Company’s Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) with Elbow River Marketing Ltd. (“Elbow River”), that was originally press released on July 26, 2016, has been extended from December 31, 2017 to July 31, 2018.\n\n \n\nThe Agreement has an initial five-year term commencing after Cielo’s first continuous flow plant is placed on production and may renew for two year periods thereafter.
