Interim Results Notification and Half Year Update

 NOTIFICATION of INTERIM RESULTS and HALF YEAR TRADING UPDATE

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on Tuesday 13 September 2022.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10.00am on 13 September 2022 and will be hosted by David O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer; David Taylor, Finance Director; and James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director.

The Board is pleased to confirm that there has been no change in Churchill's trading performance between the update issued at our AGM on 22 June 2022 and the half year end on 30 June 2022. Demand levels remain strong and we continue to make progress against our targets.
