He will remain a member of the Board in a Non Executive capacity. It is difficult to overstate the role that Andrew has played in the development, culture and success of the Churchill business. The Board wishes to thank him for his work and support across many years.\n \nDavid O'Connor, joined the Board in 1999 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2010. David has worked for Churchill across several functions since joining the Group in 1991. He has been closely involved in both the development and implementation of the Group's current strategy.
