The shareholders and board of directors have approved appointing Timothy Roberson as Vice-President of Finance and Director, and Calvin Jones as Vice-President Exploration Development and Director.The team combines more than 60 years of oil industry experience with more than 40 years of operational and managerial experience in oil and gas exploration, development, and acquisitions. These appointments represent significance in bringing additional Oil and Gas expertise and oversight of the continuance of the current operations.Mr. Mondragon has also served on the Boards of various public companies in the past, particularly in Mining and Oil & Gas. As an Engineer with a wealth of experience and knowledge in upstream operations, management, and regulatory compliance will serve a key function in supporting Church & Crawford’s core business.
