[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5876P Christie Group PLC 02 October 2013 \n\n \n \n2 October 2013\n \nChristie Group plc\nAnnouncement of new Christie + Co office in Wales\n \nChristie Group plc, ('Christie Group' or the 'Group'), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announce that Christie + Co, its specialist provider of agency and advisory services, is to return to Wales in October with the opening of a new office in Cardiff.\n\nLocated in Brunel House in the centre of Cardiff, Christie + Co will be delivering a full-service proposition encompassing 'business intelligent' agency, advisory and valuation services.\n \nIn effect the company, which had an office in Carmarthen between 1976 and 1991, has never left the country; Christie + Co has sold one business a week in Wales over the last four years as well as carrying out over 1,000 valuations. \n \nAs Group Chief Executive David Rugg explains, it is the continuing and growing demand for Christie + Co services in Wales which is bringing the company back to the country.\n\n\"Although Christie + Co has not had a physical office in Wales for a decade or two, the company has continued to serve operator and investor demand during the intervening period.\n \n\"It is the continuing strength of that demand that has led us to open a new office in Cardiff - from where we will be the first point of contact for all our clients in the country.
