[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6545S Christie Group PLC 21 May 2009 \n \n21 May 2009\nChristie Group plc ('the Company')\n\nDirector / PDMR Shareholding\n\n\nThe Company announces today that options held by Mr. Christopher Day, Executive Director, over 50,000 under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan were surrendered on 20 May 2009. 15,000 options over ordinary shares under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan held by Mr. Robert Zenker, Finance Director, were also surrendered on 20 May 2009.\n\nIn addition, on 21 May 2009 the Company granted Mr. Day, 50,000 Ordinary Shares under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan, exercisable at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share between 21 May 2009 and 20 May 2019. The Company also granted Mr. Zenker 15,000 Ordinary Shares under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan, exercisable at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share between 21 May 2009 and 20 May 2019.\n\nFollowing the grant of options Mr. Day's beneficial holding remains at 606,068 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.40 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The total number of share options held by Mr Day is 50,000 granted under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan. Mr. Day previously held 22,927 share options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme which have now lapsed.\n\nFollowing the grant of options Mr. Zenker's beneficial holding remains at 196,348 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.78 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
