(\"Chorus\") will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the \"Meeting\") on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (Atlantic Time).  \nThe Meeting will be held in virtual format only via live audio webcast to proactively manage the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19, and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders. \nShareholders of record on May 15, 2020 or their duly appointed proxyholders will have an opportunity to participate in the Meeting, to ask questions and vote in real time, regardless of their geographic location. The live audio webcast will be accessible at www.web.lumiagm.com/162430091.\nDuly appointed proxyholders, including non-registered (beneficial) shareholders that have appointed themselves or another person as a proxyholder, must register the proxyholder to obtain a Control Number by calling AST Trust Company (Canada) at 1-866-751-6315 (within North America) or 1 (212) 235-5754 (outside of North America) by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on June 25, 2020. Failure to register a proxyholder online will result in the proxyholder not receiving a Control Number, which is required to vote at the meeting.\nPlease refer to Chorus' management proxy circular (the \"circular\") for information on how to participate in the Meeting. \nA recording will be available beginning approximately two hours after the Meeting at www.chorusaviation.com.\nChorus has adopted the notice-and-access method of delivering the circular for the Meeting.
