As of the date hereof, there is $300 million aggregate principal amount of Debentures outstanding.\n\nOn the redemption date, the Debentures will be redeemed in accordance with their terms at a redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the Debentures equal to $1,000 plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date of $11.32764429, and will thereafter cease to be outstanding.\n\nAbout Choice Properties Real Estate Investment TrustChoice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust is an owner, manager and developer of well-located retail and commercial real estate across Canada.
