As of the date hereof, there is $200 million aggregate principal amount of Debentures outstanding.\n\nOn the redemption date, the Debentures will be redeemed in accordance with their terms at a redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the Debentures equal to $1,000 plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date of $7.79182574, and will thereafter cease to be outstanding.\n\nAbout Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust\n\nChoice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust is an owner, manager and developer of well-located commercial real estate across Canada.
