CHIF ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION

China Food and Beverage Company (OTC: CHIF), announced today that the Company has settled all litigation in the matter of Jake P. Noch vs. CHIF with prejudice. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. As previously disclosed, an independent intermediary worked with both parties to bring this matter to a resolution.
