China Food and Beverage Company (OTC: CHIF), announced today that the Company has been approved by OTC Markets for its OTC Disclosure & News Service. The Company has already begun filing financial statements and disclosure reports with OTC Markets.

The Company believes OTC Markets approval and the filing of its current financial statements will be a major step forward in the ongoing development of the Company and will greatly accelerate the fulfillment of its previously stated objectives and benefit all CHIF shareholders.
