CHIF ANNOUNCES NO REVERSE SPLIT OF ITS SHARES AND NO DILUTION

China Food and Beverage Company (OTC: CHIF), announced today, in response to numerous shareholder inquiries, that the Company is categorically not planning or even considering a reverse split of its shares and no dilution has taken place or is planned. The management of CHIF has imposed a strategy of building the Company from the ground up and wants to assure all shareholders that a reverse stock split will not be enacted. CHIF is committed to taking additional measures in the coming weeks and months to further enhance shareholder value.

Last week, CHIF announced that the Company had been uplisted to the Pink Limited Information tier by OTC Markets and expects to be elevated to Pink Current status this week.”
