CHIF ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION

China Food and Beverage Company (OTC: CHIF), announced today that the Company has acquired options that give CHIF the right to acquire a 20% stake in Sosa Entertainment, LLC. and a 20% stake in Pro Music Rights Distribution, LLC. CHIF issued an unsecured promissory note for the principal sum of $175,500,000.00, together with accrued and unpaid interest. CHIF expects to complete the exercise of the options shortly.
