UPON THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n \n14 June 2019\n \nHighlands Natural Resources plc \n(\"Highlands\" or the \"Company\") \n \nLaunch of new CBD brand\n \nHighlands and its wholly owned subsidiary Zoetic are pleased to announce the launch of their new \"Chill\" brand and to report that the first shipment of products has been scheduled for the week commencing 17 June 2019. \n \nChill (www.thechillway.com) is a new range of CBD (cannabidiol) products, initially comprising hemp flower and CBD infused herbal smokables. It will soon be extended to chew pouches. The products will be made available to buy in 18 Schrader Oil convenience and gas stores, as previously announced, with delivery of the first products being made next week. Additionally, the products will be made available to buy in the United States on the Chill website shortly.\n \nAs part of Zoetic, Chill will produce CBD products as tobacco alternatives for enthusiasts and smokers. All of its products will be produced from natural sources and will be manufactured in Colorado. With the exception of the hemp flower smokables, Chill's CBD products will have zero THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and will be third party tested to make sure they are free of contaminants.\n \nZoetic continues to develop at a rapid rate and the Company anticipates launching its second brand and additional products in the coming weeks.\n \nRobert Price, Executive Chairman and CEO of Highlands, said: \"To make delivery of our first products for retail within three months of commencing operations is an extraordinary achievement and is testament to the hard work of all of the team at Highlands and Zoetic.
