[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\n\n\nRNS Number : 5739D Pressure Technologies PLC 24 March 2011  \n \n\nIssue of Equity, Director's Shareholding and Total Voting Rights\n \nIssue of Equity\n \nPressure Technologies plc (\"the Company\") announces that it has today issued 8,289 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, following an exercise of options by a director and certain employees under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme. The options were exercised at a price of 176p per share.\n \nThe new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in the Company and application has been made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 30 March 2011.\n \nDirector's Shareholding\n \nFollowing the exercise of options over 2,181 new ordinary shares, John Hayward, Chief Executive Officer, is now interested in a total of 1,002,221 ordinary shares which represents approximately 8.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nAs a consequence of the exercise of share options as detailed above, the Company's issued capital now comprises 11,347,363 ordinary shares of 5p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
