[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3370T Chesterfield Resources PLC 03 July 2018 \n\n3 July 2018\n \nCHESTERFIELD RESOURCES PLC\n(\"Chesterfield\" or the \"Company\") (TIDM: CHF)\n \nAdmission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange\n \nFurther to the announcement of 28 June 2018, Chesterfield Resources plc is now pleased to announce:\n \n· the successful completion of:\n \no its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of HKP Exploration Ltd (\"Acquisition\");\no the placing of 10,766,667 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") at 7.5p per share (\"Placing\"); and\no the subscription of 15,900,000 new Ordinary Shares at 7.5p per share (\"Subscription\"); and\n \n· the admission of its enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company to the Standard Listed segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (\"Admission\").\n \nAdmission became effective and the Acquisition, the Placing and the Subscription were completed at 8.00 a.m. today.\n \nThe issued ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises 61,933,334 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.\n \nTherefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 61,933,334.
