The resignation follows the Company's\ncompetitive tender process for the selection of an audit firm and the decision,\nannounced by the company on 2 October 2009, to appoint Deloitte LLP as Auditor.\nTwo copies of the circular have been forwarded to the Financial Services\nAuthority. A copy is also available on the company's website in the shareholder\ninformation section (www.chesnara.co.uk).
