Chesapeake also received a 1.5% net smelter return royalty (the "Royalty"). Mexican Gold may repurchase 0.5% of the Royalty (reducing the Royalty to 1.0%) for U.S.$500,000 within ten (10) years from the date of execution of the agreement.
