The Trust Units were sold to a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets, and including Scotiabank, CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., GMP Securities L.P. and Raymond James Ltd. on a bought deal basis.\n\nChemtrade will use the net proceeds of the offering to repay existing indebtedness and for general trust purposes. \n\nThe securities offered have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
