A total of\n 31,631,006 Units, or 52.69% of the Fund's issued and outstanding Units,\n were voted in connection with the annual meeting.\n\n\nElection of Trustees\nOn a vote by show of hands, all nominees listed in the management\n information circular for the 2014 Annual Meeting were elected as\n Trustees of the Fund.
