The full amended text is shown below.\n \nChemring Group PLC (the \"Company\")\n \nAdditional Listing - Correction\n \nChemring announces that an application has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (\"FCA\") and the London Stock Exchange (\"LSE\") for the further issue of 571,620 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (the \"Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.\nThe new Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy part of the deferred consideration for an acquisition the Company completed in December 2022.
