TAVNEOS does not eliminate glucocorticoid use. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION CONTRAINDICATIONS Serious hypersensitivity to avacopan or to any of the excipients. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS Hepatotoxicity: Serious cases of hepatic injury have been observed in patients taking TAVNEOS, including life-threatening events.
