[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3988X Checkit PLC 18 December 2019 \n\n \nCheckit plc\n(\"Checkit\" or the \"Company\")\nPDMR Dealing, Exercise of Options and Concert Party Holdings\n \nCheckit plc (AIM:CKT) [the global technology group], announces that Keith Daley, Executive Chairman, has purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an average price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share (the \"Purchase\").\nIn addition to the Purchase, Mr Daley has exercised options over 541,500 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 29.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the \"Exercise of Options\"). No new Ordinary Shares have been issued as these shares were held and have been transferred by the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust (the \"EBT\") to satisfy the Exercise of Options.\nFollowing the Purchase and Exercise of Options, Mr Daley's total beneficial interest in the Company is 8,528,339 Ordinary Shares representing 13.75% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date. \nConcert party holdings\nThe Company has previously notified its shareholders of the existence of a concert party comprising Keith Daley, John Wilson and the EBT (the \"Concert Party\"). Following the Purchase and Exercise of Options, the Concert Party will have control of voting rights over 10,513,165 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.95% of the Company's issued share capital. \nTotal voting rights\nFollowing this exercise of options, the Company's total issued share capital will remain unchanged, consisting of 62,033,617 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
