Block Admission

The Company announces that application has been made for the Block Admission of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares" and "Ordinary Shares"), ranking pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. These New Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time pursuant to the Company's Share Award Scheme.

It is expected that admission will become effective in the New Ordinary Shares on 15 July 2025 ("Admission").

The Company's issued share capital currently consists of 1,577,477,983 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
