Andrew was a founder of Fairfield Energy Limited with whom he is a Non-Executive Director and was previously a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Sound Energy Plc, a mid-cap Moroccan gas company. He has previous experience with Eni, Fina, LASMO, Triton Energy and Monument. Andrew is currently CEO of Independent Oil and Gas Plc, a UK-based development and production operator with assets in the Southern North Sea gas basin.\n \nGeorge Canjar, Chairman, commented:\n\"On behalf of the Company I am very pleased to welcome Andrew to the Board.
