The company plans to begin\nreintegration and connection work at the Sorel-Tracy site in the\ncoming weeks.\n \n\n\n\n This transaction stems from the strategic transaction\nannounced on September 5, 2025, through which CHARBONE secured\nhydrogen production and refueling assets.
