[{"type":"text","content":"CHARBONE HYDROGEN announces the signing of a memorandum of understanding with GROUPE FILGO-SONIC for the development and deployment of green hydrogen filling stations for mobility in Quebec\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Brossard, Québec –\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n December 12, 2022 – CHARBONE HYDROGEN\nCorporation (TSXV:CH) (“Charbone”)\n \n \n is\npleased to announce the  execution, as of December 9, 2022, of an\nagreement to a memorandum of understanding dated December 9, 2022\n(the\n \n \n \"MOU\"\n \n \n )\n \n \n with\n \n \n GROUPE\nFILGO-SONIC (\"Filgo-Sonic\")\n \n \n relating\nto mutual cooperation, in the development, design, construction and\noperation of green hydrogen filling stations\n \n \n (the “Projects”)\n \n \n in Quebec on existing sites owned by Filgo-Sonic, in order to\nsupport the deployment and use of green hydrogen in the mobility\nsector.\n \n \n \n \n Charbone and Filgo-Sonic will then negotiate the terms\nand conditions of a definitive agreement (the “\n \n \n Agreement\n \n \n ”) for the\nfirst stations and the location to be selected by the two partners.\nThe parties have identified sites along two major traffic arteries on\nthe south shore. Charbone will produce green hydrogen from its\nproduction facilities in Sorel-Tracy.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Charbone will use the expertise of its partner RESATO\nBV in the manufacture and installation of filling stations, while\nFilgo-Sonic will use its expertise in the operation of\nservice-stations and refueling stations for heavy vehicles. The\nmandate, the services, as well as the nature of the project will be\ndefined in the Agreement.
