[{"type":"text","content":"CHARBONE HYDROGEN Announces Agreement with French Electrolyzer Manufacturer Elogen for Securing up to 100 Megawatts \n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Brossard, Québec –\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n November 17, 2022\n \n \n –\n \n \n CHARBONE HYDROGEN Corporation\n \n \n (TSXV:CH)\n \n \n (“\n \n \n CHARBONE\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n is pleased\nto announce an important milestone with the signature, of a definitive\n \n \n \n \n multi-year master\nsupply agreement\n \n \n (the “\n \n \n Agreement\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n with ELOGEN SAS (“\n \n \n ELOGEN\n \n \n ”),\n \n \n a GTT Company, pursuant to which CHARBONE is securing\nits supply chain of PEM electrolyzers (Proton Exchange Membrane) for\nup to 100 Megawatts over a period of four (4) years, from 2023 to\n2026. The PEM electrolyzers to be supplied by ELOGEN to CHARBONE will\nbe comprised of the full product line offered by ELOGEN, ranging from\n0.5 MW up to 5.0 MW for all of CHARBONE’s North American green\nhydrogen projects.\n \n \n \n \n ELOGEN will also supply certain services related to the\ninstallation, commissioning, start-up, and the operation and\nmaintenance services, while training CHARBONE’s personnel to\ncomplete those tasks locally. Furthermore, the A\n \n \n greement\n \n \n contains a provision for\nCHARBONE and ELOGEN to consider and exercise the option for\n \n \n \n \n locally assembling the PEM\nelectrolyzers in Canada and the USA.\n \n \n \n \n “This multi-year master supply agreement with ELOGEN\nis one of the most important milestones for CHARBONE and, we believe,\nthe whole green hydrogen industry in North America.
