[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1582B Character Group PLC 05 January 2018 \n\n5 January 2018\n \nThe Character Group plc\n(\"Character Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nTransaction in Own Shares\n \nIn continuing its stated objective to enhance shareholder value, the Company announces that it has today bought-back for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the market at a price of 455 pence per Ordinary Share.
