About this update from Champion Bear Resources Ltd.

[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n(TSX Venture: CBA)\n\n\nCALGARY, June 6 /CNW/ - Champion Bear Resources Ltd. ("Champion Bear")\nfinal assay results confirm the 0.14% Cu over 14.2 metres reported from Hole\nIRM-07-08 (see Champion Bear's news release dated May 17, 2007) drilled on its\nSudbury area Iron Mask property. Anomalous Cu, Co, As, Au and intermittent Bi,\nPb, Ni, Sr and Mo mineralization encountered in all three holes are reflective\nof the target polymetallic Olympic Dam style mineralization model.\n\n\nMost of the mineralization is hosted in the Espanola limestone unit\nlocally altered, silicified and enriched with massive to semi-massive\nmagnetite bands ranging from 5 to 30 centimetres in core length. Disseminated\npyrite and scattered blebs of chalcopyrite are common in these zones.\n\n\nThe main anomalous elements, are presented in Tables 1, 2 and 3 below.\nNote the anomalous Au of up to 1,110 ppb (1.1g/tAu) over 0.9 metres and\n415 ppm Bi over 0.6 metres in Hole IRM-07-10 and 1,360 ppm (0.14% Co) over\n0.5 metres in Hole IRM-07-09.\n\n\nMineralized Zones\n\n\n-----------------\n\n\nHole IRM-07-08, 105.0 to 119.6 metres,\n\n\n14.2 metres of core length Line 1+00N\n\n\nHole IRM-07-09, 98.4 to 105.2 metres,\n\n\n6.8 metres of core length and 116.4 to\n\n\n119.5 metres, 3.1 metres of core length Line 7+50N\n\n\nHole IRM-07-10, 118.0 to 129.7 metres,\n\n\n11.7 metres of core length Line 7+50N\n\n\nThe mineralized zone(s) are shown on drill sections 1+00N and 7+50N (see\nFigures 1 and 2 attached (to view, click\nhttp://files.newswire.ca/363/Champion_Bear_0606.doc)). Anomalous\nmineralization at both locations appears to improve with depth. While the true\nwidth of these intersections has not been determined accurately it is\nestimated to be approximately 85 to 90% of the reported core length.\n\n\nChampion Bear is very encouraged by these highly anomalous results and\nintends to aggressively pursue the mineralization down dip and along the\nremaining the 650 metre strike length of untested IP anomaly between the\ncurrent drill sections.\n\n\n Table 1\n Hole IRM-07-08\n\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------\nSample From To Length Au As Cu Cu Ni Co Sr Mo\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------\nNumber (m) (m) (m) ppb ppm % ppm ppm ppm ppm ppm\n---------------------...
