CGX Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, June 19, 2012 /CNW/ - CGX Energy Inc. (TSXV: OYL) ("CGX" or the "Company") announces that Stephen Hermeston, former President and CEO of the Company has tendered his resignation as a director effective June 19, 2012.
