The real estate platform, which operates in Germany nationwide and is traded on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is thus assuming ecological and social responsibility and strengthening its commitment to sustainability and climate protection. The report under the guiding principle “Sustainable - Persistent - Pioneering” shows the measures that have been taken to reduce carbon emissions and describes the company's sustainability goals. It is based on the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which supports sustainable development worldwide. The report demonstrates CGREAG's sustainability performance.\n\nThe Supervisory Board took positive note of the Sustainability Report 2024: “CGREAG combines the economic success of the company with the fulfilment of social responsibility in reducing carbon emissions in the building sector. This is impressively demonstrated by this Sustainability Report and confirms my personal experience of working with the Executive Board of CGREAG,” said Günther H. Oettinger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CGREAG and former EU Commissioner.Sustainability aspects already in the acquisition stage \n\nCGREAG includes sustainability aspects in its considerations when making acquisition decisions. The company examines real estate investments to explore potential and avoid unnecessary costs.
