Beard to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective August 12, 2025 following the conclusion of the Company’s 2025 Virtual Annual Meeting of the Stockholders, held earlier in the day. Mr. Beard will serve as a Class I Director and as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
