This collection \n of intellectual property includes the extensive computer generated data \n package and complete bill of materials.\n \n \n With the original turbine concept unveiled on 7/31/12, WIND•e20® is \n CGE Energy’s exclusive and patented vertical axis wind turbine that is \n designed for distributed energy generation. Hydraulically collapsing \n blades, trim-flap braking systems, and an environmentally friendly \n removable footing pioneer multiple advancements in wind turbine \n technologies and installation methods.\n \n \n “The WIND•e20® design we delivered represents our years of \n design, testing and refinement,” said one of CGE Energy’s design \n engineers Dennis Azzopardi, “Today was one of those milestone days, like \n seeing your child off to college. Burtek has been a true partner and \n aided us in implementing cost saving improvements over the past year.”\n \n \n Burtek will now spend the next few months re-running the in depth \n analysis and simulations to verify final material strengths necessary to \n meet the WIND•e20®’s 20-plus-year operating life, stringent \n safety requirements and energy production specifications.
