Each year these rebate programs run out of funding toward the end of summer. For example, high demand for energy rebates has already pushed DTE Energy's program to 100 percent capacity for 2014.\n\n\"The fall is when businesses shift their focus to their exterior lighting. With daylight hours shortening, night time appearance, safety, and energy efficiency become top priorities,\" said Bryan Zaplitny, President and CEO of CGE Energy. \"Our customers no longer need to wait to reduce energy use and improve their bottom line.\"\n\nRegardless of rebate availability, CGE Energy will match and guarantee 75 percent of a customer's local utility 2014 rebate value. CGE Energy's rebate will be taken off the project cost, so there's no waiting six to eight weeks for the rebate to come back.\n\n\"Our experience has been that energy efficiency projects save automotive dealerships an average of $4,000 a month in direct energy costs,\" said Danielle Moore, an account executive for CGE Energy, referring to LED lighting upgrade projects.
