(TSX-V: NWN) announces that\neffective at the opening of the market today, it will cease trading as Trilogy\nMetals Inc. (TSX-V:TRI) and commence trading as NWest Energy Inc. under\ntrading symbol "NWN". The Company completed a reverse take-over of Trilogy\nMetals Inc. and a $10 million private placement financing on December 19,\n2007. Trilogy's continuation from the British Columbia Business Corporations\nAct to the Canada Business Corporations Act and its name change to NWest\nEnergy Inc. will also be effective today.\n\n\nAbout NWest Energy\n\n\nNWest Energy is an innovative Canadian junior oil and gas company\ndeveloping high-margin frontier basins and legacy assets for long-term,\nsustainable value creation. To date, NWest has acquired four properties,\nlocated off the west coast of Newfoundland and Labrador.
