(\"NWest\") (TSXV: NWN)\n announces that, subject to Regulatory approval, Bill Fleming is\n appointed to the Board of Directors of NWest Energy Corp. and as CFO of\n the corporation.  Mr. Fleming has an extensive business background with\n national and international companies. Mr. Fleming has been VP\n E-Commerce for GlobeNet Communications and is presently serving as a\n member, director and co-founder of Goose Bay Capital Corporation. Mr.\n Fleming also has served with senior executive teams dealing with equity\n and debt financings.
