[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nAIM: CER\nCerillion plc\n(\"Cerillion\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Options, PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights\nCerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management (\"CRM\") software solutions provider, announces that on 29 July, options (the \"Options\") over 5,000 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") were exercised by Richard Doughty, a PDMR of the Company, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
