These shares\nare being issued to Mr Michael Nesbitt, a non-executive director of the Company,\nfollowing the exercise today of options granted under the Celtic Resources Share\nOption Scheme at Euro 1.27 per share.\n\nMr Nesbitt now holds 105,132 ordinary shares, being 0.23% of the issued share\ncapital of the Company.
