[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8885Y Ceres Power Holdings plc 14 May 2019 \n\n14 May 2019\nCeres Power Holdings plc\n(\"Ceres Power\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirectors' Dealings and Total Voting Rights\n \nCeres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 13 May 2019, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (\"PDMR\") exercised share options under the 2016 Ceres Power Holdings Plc Sharesave Plan (\"Plan\"), which has now matured, and retained the shares:\nPhil Caldwell (CEO) 20,833; Richard Preston (CFO) 20,833; James Falla (COO) 41,666; and Mark Selby (CTO) 20,833. \nThe Plan options exercised by the PDMR were over 104,165 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of 43.2p per share. The exercise price was set in accordance with the Plan and HMRC rules at the invitation date in 2016.\nAs a result of the options exercised, Mr Caldwell now holds 46,928 Ordinary Shares in the Company, Mr Preston holds 59,641 Ordinary Shares, Mr Falla 45,098 Ordinary Shares and Mr Selby 39,909 Ordinary Shares.\nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing the exercise of employee options over 265,243 Ordinary Shares, Ceres Power confirms that as at 14 May 2019, the Company had 152,769,812 Ordinary Shares in issue, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
