[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 4868I\n Ceres Power Holdings plc\n 02 April 2020\n \n \n \n 2 April 2020\n Ceres Power Holdings plc\n \n CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR END DATE\n \n Ceres Power Holdings plc (\"Ceres\" or the \"Company\") (AIM: CWR.L), a global leader in fuel cell and electrochemical technology, announces its intention to change its financial year end reporting date from 30 June to 31 December. \n \n This change has been considered by the Board for some time.
