[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4148Z Ceres Power Holdings plc 14 December 2017 \n\n14 December 2017\nThis announcement contains inside information\n \nCeres Power Holdings plc\n(\"Ceres Power\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBlock Admission Application and Total Voting Rights\n \nBlock Admission Application\nThe Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange Plc for a block admission of 15,970,728 Ordinary Shares. 14,000,000 of the block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Option Scheme and 1,970,728 relates to Ordinary Shares which will be allotted in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme.\nIt is expected that the block admission will become effective on 19 December 2017. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.\nThe Company's current issued share capital as set out above will not change as a result of the block admission. The Company expects to publish its next 6 monthly Block Listing Interim Review on or around 20 December 2017.\n Total Voting Rights\nCeres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) confirms that as at 13 December 2017, the Company had 1,015,769,929 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") in issue, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
