The Ordinary Shares will be allotted in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan \"LTIP\" which are subject to \n achieving certain share price and commercial targets at the point of vesting.\n \n \n \n It is expected that \n the block admission will become effective \n on 21 June 2021. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n \n The Company's current issued share capital will not change as a result of the block admission.
