[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n CEPS PLC \n\n RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETINGS \n\nFurther to the announcement made on 5 February 2007, the Board are pleased to\nannounce that they have satisfied themselves that there will be no material\nadverse change to the trading of Sunline Direct Mail Limited (\"Sunline\") in\nconnection with the change to general market terms upon which a delivery\npartner of Sunline proposes to undertake future business. Accordingly, the\nBoard were confident to proceed with the adjourned Extraordinary General\nMeetings of Ordinary Shareholders and Warrantholders which were held earlier\ntoday.
