He joined the Company in December 2000 as part-time Director and Chairman and subsequently continued as a Non-executive Director from March 2015.\n \nCEPS is delighted to announce that Mark David Pollard (aged 57) will, with immediate effect, replace Richard as a Non-executive Director. Mark and his family participated in the equity placing in June 2015 and have an amalgamated interest in CEPS of 500,000 shares, representing 5.22% of the voting rights of the Company. Of these 333,333 shares are beneficially owned by Mr Pollard and the remaining 166,667 shares are owned by Mr Pollard's mother. Mr Pollard has investment authority over his mother's holding.\n \nMark qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1983, was an analyst in two stockbroking companies and then worked as a fund manager.
