[{"type":"text","content":"PHILADELPHIA, June 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Century Therapeutics, an innovative biotechnology company developing induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cell therapies in immuno-oncology, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,550,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $20.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Century. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Century, are expected to be $211.0 million. Century’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 18, 2021 under the ticker symbol “IPSC”. The offering is expected to close on June 22, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, Century has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,582,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, SVB Leerink and Piper Sandler are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
