(TSXV: CTN) (\"Centurion\", or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that its \"Optamagro Argentina\" division has implemented an initial pilot project in Santiago del Estero province in partnership with the provincial Cotton Growers Association. A fifteen-hectare package of distressed land has been treated with Optamagro's proprietary blend of minerals, agri-gypsum and seeds. The treated parcel of land has experienced seasonally severe weather of alternating floods and drought, resulting in compacted and semi-salinated soils and accompanying low productivity. Optamagro has designed its program to rehabilitate the pilot project acreage over a 4-6 months period. Subject to positive results, Optamagro believes its services will be recommended to the Cotton Association members who own and control approximately 100,000 hectares of agricultural land in the province of Santiago del Estero. 25% of this land is estimated to require optimization services at an average cost to the famers of approximately US$300 per hectare. Optamagro vertically integrates Centurion's current agri-gypsum operations with cutting edge satellite imagery and on the ground soil testing that can lead to a revitalization of previously under-producing agricultural land.
