[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8894N Central Asia Metals PLC 31 July 2014 \n \n\n31 July 2014\n \n \nCENTRAL ASIA METALS PLC\n(\"CAML\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of Warrants\n \nCentral Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML), has been notified by Mirabaud Securities LLP ('the Warrant Holder') of the exercise of a Warrant, which was issued for placing fees in respect of the September 2010 initial public offering and entitles the Warrant Holder to subscribe for 932,053 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each ('Warrant Shares') being the remaining balance out of the initial 1,192,053 warrant shares granted, at a price of 96p per warrant share raising £894,770.88.\nThe Company has received payment of £894,770.88 and has applied for admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that Admission will become effective at or around 8.00 a.m. on 6 August 2014.
